An Excel spreadsheet is available that enables you to do the Sudoku Puzzle and seek assistance when you get stuck. Clicking on a button reveals which numbers are possible in each of the squares. In particular it tells you which square or squares can take only one possible number and what that number is. After obtaining the help you can click another button which hides the help and you can continue normally.
